I just realized that every time I want to impress someone, gastronomically speaking, I end up cooking a quiche. Sometimes I make it as a main course, sometimes as a first course and sometimes as a pica pica. This time it has been a quiche of beans and leeks And it has served as a main course.
Although it is a simple to prepare it never ceases to surprise. Perhaps it is because it is not a regular in our daily menu or because of the interesting mixtures with which it is cooked, but it is a very pleasant one when diners give it the first bite and with a surprised face they say something similar to - Uhmmm, how delicious! What is it made of? -.
