Spaghetti with mushrooms and crispy shrimp

Any day is good to prepare some Spaghetti with mushrooms and crispy shrimp. This dish can be enjoyed both cold and hot (although we prefer it hot), it provides an exquisite taste and a good dose of energy.

The ingredients 300 grams of spaghetti, 125 grams of small mushrooms, ½ red pepper, 1 onion, 1 clove of garlic, 125 grams of cooked and peeled prawns, 1 egg, parsley, breadcrumbs, black sesame, shichimi, sesame oil, Olive, soy sauce and salt.

The preparation Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salt water until they are al dente. Wash the pepper and cut it into thin strips, peel the onion and cut it into feathers, wash the mushrooms and cut them in quarters, peel and chop the garlic and parsley. In a wok or failing in a pan, put a little olive oil to saute the pepper, after a couple of minutes add the onion and when it begins to take color, mushrooms, garlic and parsley. Room to taste and saute a few minutes.

When the pasta is al dente cut the cooking with cold water and drain them to incorporate them into the wok, sprinkle a little shichimi and water with a splash of sesame oil and soy sauce, mix well and leave a few more minutes.

Beat the egg and prepare on a black sesame plate with mixed breadcrumbs. Batter the prawns by passing them first through the egg and then the breadcrumbs with sesame. Fry the prawns in a pan with plenty of hot oil and remove them when they are golden brown by placing them on absorbent paper towels.

Serve the noodles on the plates and distribute the shrimp crispy.
