Macaroni with olive paste

The ingredients A package of 250 grams of macaroni, 12 shrimp tails, 1 clove of garlic, 1 lemon, 12 pitted black olives, 1 tablespoon of roasted and peeled almonds, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese, 6 tablespoons of Olive oil, some dry vermouth and salt.

The preparation In the blender glass, introduce the juice of ½ lemon, garlic clove, almonds, cheese, 4 tablespoons of oil, a little grated lemon peel, olives and a little salt. Beat the compound until you get a kind of cream. Peel the shrimp tails and sauté them in a pan with the remaining oil for a minute, then add a pinch of salt and the dried vermouth. Let it evaporate and then turn off the heat.

Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling water with a little salt until it is ready, drain the pasta and season it with the olive sauce you prepared. Add the corresponding prawns to each dish and season with a little chopped parsley.
